C.H. Robinson acquires Milgram & Company Ltd. 2017-09-01

To our valued customers,

We are very pleased and proud to announce that we have successfully completed the sale of Milgram & Company Ltd. (Milgram) to C.H. Robinson, effective September 1st, 2017

We believe this is an excellent opportunity for Milgram to ensure its future growth and success, and the success of its customers and employees.

Milgram’s management team, including Joel Milgram, Laury Gross, Mina La Rocca, Melanie Bedard, Nick Imbriglio and myself, will be staying on to continue the Milgram tradition and, with the support of C.H. Robinson, to introduce new services in the coming months.

While our staff, management, carriers and processes will remain mostly unchanged, we are very excited about the opportunities this presents to our loyal employees, our suppliers and our customers as we look forward to the next chapter in Milgram’s sixty-six year history.

And while many things will remain the same, there will of course be some changes too, and to this end our team will be in contact in the coming weeks to talk about the opportunities this presents and how our customers will benefit.

In the meantime, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your Milgram representative, who will be happy to assist.

We thank you for your loyalty and support.

Sincerely,

Jay M. Goldman, President & CEO
