CBSA Initiates Re-investigation of Normal Values and Export Prices of Liquid Dielectric Transformers from Korea 2017-02-23
On February 15, 2017 the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated a re-investigation of the normal values and export prices of liquid dielectric transformers having a top power handling capacity equal to or exceeding 60,000 kilovolt amperes (60 megavolt amperes), whether assembled or unassembled, complete or incomplete, originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea.
The subject goods are usually classified under the following Harmonized System (HS) classification number:
It is anticipated that this re-investigation will be concluded by July 5, 2017.
Normal values established during this re-investigation will be effective for the subject goods released from the CBSA on or after the date of the conclusion of the re-investigation. Normal values currently in place will expire on that date. In addition, the normal values determined on the basis of the re-investigation will be applied to any entries of subject goods under appeal that have yet to be re-determined at the time of the conclusion of this re-investigation.
