Milgram International Shipping is seeking an energetic, dedicated and team-oriented individual for the position of Import Coordinator for its Montreal office.

Main responsibilities of the position are:
- Monitor and control the movement of cargo from the port of origin to the client
-  Review weekly list of container estimated time of arrival in order to confirm cargo
-  Ensure customs clearance arrangements are made 
-  Provide clients with exceptional service by ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information regarding their shipments
-  Coordinate bookings between agents and clients
-  Validate billing information and ensure that all files are closed for month end
-  Communicate with client regarding possible claims
-  Communicate with oversea agents
